As a Certified Career Development Practitioner, I use a variety of assessments to help you determine work that is a good fit for you. Four are included in the Fundamentals Coaching Package and the Premium Coaching Package.
In addition, I offer 2 additional assessments - Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and the Strong Interest Inventory®.
As both a MBTI® and Strong® certified practitioner, I can lead you through the process of both understanding your type (MBTI®) and career planning through the Strong®.
MBTI®
Personality type stems from the work of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, who developed a theory on psychological types. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is a self-report questionnaire that is designed to make Jung's work on types understandable and useful in everyday life. MBTI® is the most widely used instrument for understanding normal personality differences.
Personality type enhances your understanding of yourself, your motivations, your natural strengths and your potential areas for growth.

Strong Interest Inventory®
The Strong Interest Inventory® assessment is one of the world’s most widely respected and frequently used career planning tools.

The Strong® produces 4 reports to heighten an individual’s self awareness and provide a deeper understanding of work and life based on interests. The Strong®:
- Identifies your strongest career interests
- Empowers you to explore career possibilities – careers that will keep you engaged!
How to take the assessments
There are 3 ways that you can access MBTI® and Strong Interest Inventory® assessments:
1. Sign up for the Premium Coaching Package. MBTI® is offered as a part of the career exploration process.
2. Individual Sessions
MBTI® is delivered in a 2-session format and includes the online assessment and verification process and resources for further exploration. The cost of MBTI® is $147.00 for individuals.
The Strong Interest Inventory® is completed online and then interpreted with a one-on-one session. The cost to deliver this assessment is $147.00 and includes the online assessment as well as an personalized interpretive handout.
If you would like to take both assessments, there is a special rate of $257.00.

3. MBTI® Group Sessions
Find your personality type through a dynamic, interactive and fun workshop with co-workers, friends and colleagues. Individuals will complete the assessment online ahead of the session and then receive the results and go through a verification process.
The group sessions are 2.5 to 4 hours in length depending on the group size and requested outcomes.
